I just saw SCORE: A FILM MUSIC DOCUMENTARY. I enjoyed it and learned quite a bit. The PSYCHO shower scene with and then without music was eye-opening!
One amazing fact I learned is that the orchestras that score movies don’t get rehearsal time. They are handed the sheet music, and they just play it together without ever having seen it before. They are that good. A few takes and done.
